Damn this guy is really ing. He must have problems with digesting and eating dairies and meat will surely not help !

 

i'm farting and belching almost as much as he does. you don't? probably a lack of protein and water in your diet.

xphilx, actually I've studied some german but I still don't get all of that. Hilarious anyway. Damn, you must be quite a farter!

 

IYM, yes, ing. And fun. All people fart, but after certain amount per day it may not be healthy. At least for the people around the farter.

 

Zack, I think I'm pretty much at the same level. Maybe even less!

I would have been able to do more already today but my right calve hurt a bit. I decided to leave some for reserve. Those lifts were E-A-S-Y!!!

- Bicep curls, dumbbell: both arms 8 + 10 + 10 @ 19 kg (42lbs, isolated, 1 arm at a time)

- Hammer curls, dumbbells: 10 + 8 + 10 @ 16kg

 

Mon 26th January

Tue 27th January

 

- Deep squat, barbell: 5 @ 30kg, 5 @ 50kg, 5 @ 60kg, 5 @ 90,4kg, 8 @ 80kg (took a bit easier this time)

- Bench press, barbell: warm up @ 40kg and 50kg, then 5&f + 5&f @ 88kg (6th was really really close in the 1st set, but not second... I had a spotter today)

- Incline bench press, barbell: 8 + 8 @ 72kg (woohoo, next time 74kg / 163lbs)

I started eating 4k calories a day, in two chest training sessions i went from 5 reps of 185 to 10 easy reps (felt like i had 12 or 13) + 5 @ 205..

 

Undereating for a year, and almost no progression, time for you to catch me.

 

Not bragging, it's just our strength is similar i like to compete with you.

I've had a killer fever for 4 days now, I haven't posted pretty much anything since I've been too weak to even stand. I've had 102.6 F (39.2 C). I'll get back to my log when I feel like I'm not dying.

 

Also, there was some kind of a hair style contest thread somewhere. Please don't close it until I participate!

AHHHHHHHCK! Feel better Turku. I hate getting sick. It set me back two weeks at the very start of the year right when i wanted to start hitting the weights hard for the comp. You'll get back at it.

 

Don't listen to Zack either; he's WEAK. >:-)

 

The best hair contest was the thread i started, Richard is the only one that has stepped up to the plate so far! I hope we can get more entries and OF COURSE i will eagerly wait in anticipation of your entry once you feel better. Here's the link:

BACK IN ACTION!

 

I started eating 4k calories a day, in two chest training sessions i went from 5 reps of 185 to 10 easy reps (felt like i had 12 or 13) + 5 @ 205..

 

Undereating for a year, and almost no progression, time for you to catch me.

I totally second you. It's GREAT to have a friendly competition going on all the time. It makes you push harder in every workout! I wish I could eat 4k calories a day... I've been a bit lazy and hardly had 3k kcal (3Mcal? ) a day.

 

Yeah, the fever & stuff... I had really hard influenza for a whole week and this week has been a lousy training week since I've had to take real easy since I'm still feeling weak.

- Deadlift, barbell: warm up @ 92kg, then 6 + 6 @ 130kg (287 lbs). Not bad but not good either

- Bent-over row, barbell: 3 x 12 @ 70kg

- Bicep curls, curl bar: 3 x 12 @ 40kg

 

Next week: hitting it hard again!

Yeah buddyyyy!! Back on it and soon back at my earlier weights. And soon after that, A LOT MORE!

- Bench press, barbell: warm up @ 50kg, then 5+f + 6 @ 84kg

- Incline bench press, barbell: 8 + 6 @ 72kg

- Dips: 17 + 17 @ bw

- Standing shoulder press, behind neck, barbell: 7 @ 41kg

 

I planned to do more shoulder presses but my back is still sore from sunday's training. I'm amazed how I got in bad shape so quickly. 2 weeks and my back gets sore for doing a couple of reps.

From now on a=assisted (forced rep), f=fail. It's not a fail if I lift 98 % and my friend helps in the last rep.

Glad you're at it 100% and the reg nums are going to be put up and manhandled. Also your avatar continues to get more and more frightening. GEEZ.

 

Just out of curiosity, what does your future months look like in regards to bulking/maintaining/cutting?

 

I need some dance cardio; if we're not training, we're dancing! Get in on that best hair 2009 thread. Need you pic up or i'll snatch one from old threads. I may put an outrageous doo up just for fun but not include it in the contest....

Yep, L&G, Tuukka is correct. I should be back @ 100 % this week. The avatar is partly frightening because of filter I used in photoshop... but body proportions are unmodified, obviously!

 

I should be bulking but I've been way too lazy to eat huge amounts of food. Well, I lost some of my belly but it'll come back as I start eating like a horse again.

 

BTW, awesome profile!!! Loves it!

I got a power plug adapter for my automated sprouter today (I had to order an adapter from Hong Kong since they don't sell them in Finland) and now it's finally usable. I've never sprouted before, but now that it is just TOO easy (no soaking, just add water every 1-2 days and that's it) I will start eating sprouts every day!

 

I'll keep you updated by taking daily pics of my harvest.

Good job, L&G! You got 4/5 right! The middle one is fenugreek. (I said here before he got 5/5 right but I got lost in translation) I still have to get some bboying pics, then I'll send my profile. You'll see harvest soon, already sprouts almost visible!

Wed 4th March

 

1h 45mins bboying. Took quite easy since I wasn't feeling too good. In the evening I got some fever and major stomach pain, must be some virus or something since there's a lot of that going on here. I feel better already but I think I'll rest today since I still feel funny.
