My workout buddy topld me he could see signifigant progress in my upper body in size and definition today - WHOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO Just had to share...
Oh and new favorite pre workout snack ( aka to most peole huge meal ) - Odwalla Super Protein Vanilla Al'Mondo Protein Soymilk Protein Drink

Servings per container 4 - ( I drink the whole deal )
so for me 760 cal, 24 g fat, 320 mg sodium, 10 carbs, 12 g fiber, 76 g sugar ( no wonder im wired ) ,40 g protein..

What do yall think?

They just change the ingredence and now it contains Dairy and soy.

I bet they're going to have some P.O customers.

Thanks for the heads up on that Tasha. I used to drink them fairly often before getting into protein powers. I probably would have picked one off the shelf at one time in the future without rechecking the lable.

So sat down in anatomy and physio class today someone said something about me being vegan only to have the lady in front of me be like my son is vegan lives in Denver... Yall should talk. So way cool - may meet someone only one state over to toss ideas back and forth with.. Whoohoo.
