Ezekiel 4:9 by Food For Life in the refridgerated section on health food isles is widespread and in most major supermarkets. I'd recommend that. Very good flour is from sprouted grains ;)

yeah, good call. I was having a hard time thinking of mainstream brands that would be vegan and good stuff....that bread and similar sprouted breads are a good way to go.

Hope the shopping goes well!

Cool!

I know there are a few other national brands including some brands of bagels like "Thomas" that have many or mostly all of their bread products that are vegan (as far as I know).

If I track down more national brands you'd find anywhere.....I'll let you know.

Have a great weekend.

I try :)

Have a great weekend. Hope it is a lot of fun.....if you're not too far from Denver, they have a VegFest on April 11th. I won't be going but I was reminded of it today by a guy who will be speaking on vegan nutrition there.

Anyway..........have fun....see ya.
