Yo, how are things going?

I heard the Denver VegFest won't be happening this year....bummed about that. My brother lives in Denver and I was looking forward to coming to visit for the VegFest.

Hope all is awesome!

I'll check in with you when I come to see my brother sometime...not sure when my next trip is, but I'll let you know when I make my way out there.

Cool, sounds like a plan. I actually hadn't heard yet that VegFest was cancelled, that's bummer news. I suppose the recession has something to do with it.

Technically it's pounds, but it's a goofy system I have to remember what weight I am at. I record the weight on one side of the bar.

So my actual squat record now is 2 * 90lbs + 45(bar) = 235lbs total
