Who all does read this>??? Curious now?

 

I Do! I read alot but not always post as sometimes i just don't have the time to. And when I can, like your question about the bread, I do

 

Continue to post, it's always a good thing to have your stuff recorded. Others enjoy reading, people that don't even have a forum name read stuff on the blogs and others will give criticism and advice/suggestions and motivating words here and there

 

and i'm running late to drop Dani off from work so i gotta go, lata !

3/15 Sunday

10 am - Herbal Tea

11:45 am - brocolli and grapes lol

12:30 am - 2 tortillas, 3 oz peanut butter, brown rice with salsa...

5pm - bag of peanut butter filled pretzels teehee...

7 pm - salad with balsmic, lingini with tomatos and a baked potato and hot herbal tea

3/6/09 Monday

7:15 am - dry cheerios 8 oz bowl

7:30 am - 16 oz oatmeal plain with salsa ( dont ask )

9:30 am - 1/4 bananna

10:15 am - 2 tortillas with 3 oz peanut butter

12 - 1/4 bananna

12:15 1 pear

2 pm - 1 bag of pretzels 220 cal.

7 pm - salad with walnuts and pineapple and orangy dressing

3/17 Tuesday

 

4:45 am - 8 oz cheerios dry

5 am - 1.1 mile run to YMCA, chest, and general upper body workout... 30 minutes hard on elliptical, and 1.1 run back.

10 am - 4 corn tortillas with peanut butter and 8 saltines

11 am - 2 mile walk, 2 or 3 mile bike ride, total 45 minutes

2 pm - hungry... too bad huh>!??? trying to start sutting a little... driking some water instead! yuck.

Damn, no willpower...

2 - 2:30 pm - 1/2 bag of pretzels 110 cal.

6 pm - 4.5 mile bike ride home

6:30 pm - canned apples with cinammon and sugar (gross) and 2 tortillas

7:30 pm - 1.1 mile run to YMCA, legs, 1.1 mile run back at 9 pm

3/18/09 Wednesday

 

7 am - 8 oz bowl of dry cheerios

10 am - 1 tortilla, 2 oz peanut butter

11 am - 1 tortilla, 1 oz peanut butter

11 am - 35 or 40 minute bike ride 4.5 miles... nice n easy... except that I sook out every sick n twisted hill on the way.. FYI My butt looks great. I thik this biking as much as I hate it and prefer running is paying off!

1pm - half bag pretzels - 110 cal

4 pm - other half bag 110 cal.

6 pm 4.5 mile bike ride

7 pm - 2 tortillas, beans

7:30 pm - 1.1 mile run to YMCA, chest and bi's, 100 flight of stairs - 1 up and down = 1.

Thursday -

5 am - legs and shoulders worked out with Tyler, swam a few laps, hot tup and sauna, walk in park

9 am - 2 tortillas, 4 oz peanut butter (gross I know), beans and hot sauce

10 am - 4.5 mile bike ride, sook pout the hills, took about 35 minutes...

5pm -9pm - 6 oz peanut butter, 1 english muffin, 1 tomato with lemon pepper, a few slices of cucumber in vinegar

10 pm - 12 oz lemon lime slushie thing.. I hate peer pressure felkt like shit from the sugar overload!

ok the babysittah's here. SUCK IT UP!!!!!!!! None of this lazy/whiny crap! Double your bike and running mileage, do it twice as hard, replace pretzels and peanut butter with spinach and kale. Lets go, hup two three four

 

But for real, nice job, way to get a well rounded amount of stuff in every day. Dont worry about the lemon lime slushie thing, it happens. It's all good. You burn so much everyday that it' not going to kill you. Just keep at it.

 

Btw driving cross country from east to west on our move to live in portland, we decided that above and beyond, Wyoming is the NICEST state and most beautiful and diverse from start to finish by far.

 

More oohs and ahhs than anywhere else. That's out of the 19 states we drove through including the other 15-20 others we''ve been to on our own.

Tuesday - 3/24

4:50 am - 1.1 mile run to YMCA ( snow and wind), entire upper body - wow tired, 1.1 mile run back at about 7:15 am

7:20 am - 1 cup dry cheerios (150 ca)

10 - 11 am - 4 oz peanut butter(800 cal), 1 bag of trail mix Planters (840 cal)

7 - 9 pm - snacked on walnuts and tortilla chips.. a dinner salad with raspberry vinegarette

10 pm - container of wasabi almonds and yes read correctly a Box.. an entire box of whole grain cereal..

 

Investing in duct tape for my mouth?!?!!?

No wall balls yet... Damn you with the guilt!

 

1.1 mile run to Y, Legs - kicked my butt... thanks Jimi! squats of all kinds, cal raises of all kinds, lady sits... yogi lifts, and all kinds of Pilates types.. inner and outer thigh press 1.1. mile run back... 30 flights of stairs...

 

Snacking slowly on a few handfuls of sunflower seeds

 

4.5 or 5 mile run to school in 45 minutes... tired after legs..

 

12 pm - 2 banannas

12:45 pm 2 more banannas... dont yell at me.. i was super hungry!

Pm.... 1 bowl of oatmeal and cereal mixed... huge bowl

Chest and tris...for 2 or 3 hours Run to Y and back... 1.1 each way...

1/2 box cereal, 2 tortillas, bean and hot sauce

cornbread, beans, corn, hot sauce, and peas, and like 18 saltines and arandom tortilla before i went to bed damn...

chest and tris again for another hour - got a lotta compliments and questions - made me feel special, and a little embarassed lol. ..

Thanks for posting pics. You are so pretty. I read your log all the time. I like what you have to say and your a great example of being vegan and athletic in even the most sucky situations. Why all the dry cereal? Can you not get soy, almond, or rice milk in BFWyoming? If you can't you can always let your bananas go a little over rip then blend it with water for milk. Unless you just really like dry cereal, I do. I commend you for jogging to the Y. I don't think I could do that. I live in Arizona and get cold a lot.

Awww thanks yall for all the support - I feel loved!!! Dry ceral - because 1) getting time with now 4 jobs and school to go to the grocery store is impossible... 2) becaue soymilk gets stolen with roomate issue.. over 20 convinct women in one living area - go figure 3) because I m too cheap lol.

 

Friday

1 cup cheerios, piece of cornbread, and 4 saltines

Yeah its definately not the most intriguing situation from this side of it... However, its probably the source of many sweaty nights for youg teenage boys lol..

Monday -

5:30 am - coconut milk and rice crispies

Chest and abs from 6 am - 9 am, 12 minutes on stair stepper - 67 flights... whew! In minddle of workout about 7 am, soy chai tea and 1 bannana

11 am - 2 tortillas, 6 - 8 oz of peanut butter.. gag me!

5 - 9 pm.. . lots of chips and guacamole... and salsa. plus some random blueberries and watermelon
