its easy (says the girl who's afraid of cameras. haha) just get in front of a camera and tell us what youve been up to. what have you been eating? How have you been training? rip into LnG and RC a little. you know, the usual! you cant be shy in front of us if your gonna get up on stage in your skivvies.

I did 5 min warmup on treadmill

Biceps: EZ, Preacher, DB, seated machine

Couple sets of incline db press

pullups(countless sets with and without weights)

15min Precor

250 total pushups(5 sets of 50)

 

 

Im chillin on the bars until after competition. I made a Vega bar last through three different munch times. My protein powder is getting very, very low. I might have enough for 2-2.5 shakes. So LnG and/or RC need to hurry! Ha Ha. I have some alfalfa sprouts in my sprouting jar. In two days they already have mad roots on them. Cant wait til they get the leaves.

Today was a bit better even though my calories have been pretty low.

 

10min warmup on treadclimber

Leg Press (only went up to 5 plates each side)

bench 1 leg lunge

Jump squats

BB squat

leg extension

seated ham curls

some calf raises(weight machine)

20min treadclimber

 

My arse was throbbing after mu multiple sets of jump squats(I go below parallel and jump as high as I can each time). I looked like a zombie on the treadclimber at the end. Sweaty and head bouncing like a bobblehead toy.

Did upper yest did upper today. blah blah blah. need a better tan. blah blah blah. Here are some pics. I was not hot and pumped during these. Will post some better ones tomorrow or so.. pumped and ready!!

 

The first couple are of me after I ran a few sprints in the soccer field. I feel im not lookin where I should be when im cold.

Hey Jimi, Just wondering what your goals are for the final few weeks? Looking at your pics you could walk on stage right now and do very, very well.

 

Thanks for the posi comment. I would like my muscles to feel fuller and rounder. Anyone have any suggestion on what I should do in these last 6 weeks? Im getting sick of being restricted on diet, but I know I have to do it!!

STARVING! Dude I buckled today/ Lack of sleep and crazy restriction led me to cheat more than i wanted to today. I'm going through this w/you man; we'll get there!!!

 

Sitting here right now had banana 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/8 cup of pumpkin seeds. 2 hrs ago 1 apple small hnadul of kumquats and 2 small date rolls. ALL NOT ON DIET PLAN FOR TODAY...

 

need sleep asap. gotta be up in 4 hours and i'm not asleep yet....

Keep on keepin on..........It's getting tougher as we get closer (at least that is how I feel) but we're getting there, we're getting close and it's going to be awesome!

I did 30min cardio this morning. 15min treadmill and 15min stepper. Damn RC, the stepper is hard!! After that I did some abs on the ab wheel and a couple misc exercises then booked it.

 

I also did a little bit of strength training this afternoon. Was in there a little bit longer than usual...cause I was talking to someone... bad jimi. Anyway, it allowed me to conserve enough energy to hit the 100's on incline 3 sets of 5. I was happy with that. Did some heavy cable rows and some good incline db flyes and some triceps.

What is your total daily calorie count nowadays???

 

 

Hey, CaseyKitty. Do you ever work these days? Everytime I go by your work you aren't ever there. All I see is the birds! Please dont forget about me and my "chicken nugget" skully bicep warmers!! I so wanna sport them!!!!

 

Anyway, My total calories may be 2000cals. Not quite sure. I did a hydrostatic body weigh yest 2 hours away in Tennessee and I came in at 179lbs and 7.6% bodyfat. It was quite an interesting and scary procedure! NOt sure how low I will go. Maybe I can get to 6%. If I go too low Im afraid I will get sick due to immune system weakening. I guess if I continue to take my zinc and start back with the spirulina I can continue to keep it up(immune system). I took some video of the process... I so need a better videographer though. Ill get some of me in the gym next week and will post some up to youtube.

 

Today I did a quick workout due to time restraint. I did legs and abs. Only a few sets for each exercise. Light workout.

I'll catch up with you soon. Life is so hectic these days..not just the upcoming contest but being in a different city every week while still training, dieting, working, fundraising, etc.

Monday(yest) I had a pretty good chest workout with some back thrown in there. These days its taking me longer and longer to warmup and pump up. About an hour goes by and im finally like "now I can feel it."

 

Im taking some videos now of me working out so Ill start posting some to youtube. My name on there is Veganpussoir.

I think I may have to "fire" my video person. I swear its aggravating!!! I did some high jump squats today and got "not-a-one!" So here is a video of me doing some of my front squats. And of course, all videos are done in High Def so click the HD button for better quality!
