Hey hun! Not too much up besides 4 jobs and school oh and the whole fitness thing..

3/31 Tuesday

8 am - some ab wheel and random example exercises...

11 am - 2 tortillas, raw cabbage in a 8 oz cup, and 4 oz beans... hungry but worth it!

5 pm - 9 pm - pasta, and veggies, veggies and guacamole... lots of emm

10 pm - 20 mins on elliptical, tri's and back... yes my incline bench is still down, fine I give it a few days l and g

4/1 Wednesday

 

1 bannana - 7:30 am

legs... all the squats.. yucky!

12 - 2 tortillas and baked beans

1pm - crackers and almonds

all evening legs and bi's.... 12 min stairstepper65 flights... hell on a legs day

11pm - 1 tortilla with hot sauce, huge bowol of oatmeal with coconut milk fattening I know!

7 am - 1 bananna

9 am - 2 veggie wraps, 2 tortilla with vingar, lettuce carrot, tomato...

10 am - chest bench, incline, decline, flat, 10 min mile, ab wheel and handing chair holds

11 am - 2 bannanas

12 am - beans

1pm - 2 tortillas with peanut butter, 1 orange

5pm - tomatoes, carrots, and brocolli

7 - 9 pm upper body with Vali

10 pm - handful of blueberries

Every time I read your food it makes me sad. Although right now I'd kill for a cheerio. If you are ever in Phoenix I want to take you out for a good meal. Or I'll cook. Either way, you need some really good healthy food. But I must commend you for doing so well under your circumstances.

Oh hon its not bad... Been thru much worse when I was incarcerated... Right now its a cakewalk lol.. And Im down to like 70 day or so until Im free to go where I wan to eat or go to the grocery store etc...

Friday

5:45 am - 2 banannas

a few minutes on stairstepper, and a .25 mile warmup jog, stretching - glutes and hams sore!, walking lunges with 15lbs each hand, fronbt squat s - bar only, abs,and 15 minutes incline walk. 75 mile

7:45 am - 1.5 lb grapes

8:30 am - good earth red raspberry tea

10:30 - .2 lb grapes, 2 bannanas

11 - 7 pm - salad, tortilla/spinach chips, salsa, mandarin orange, pineapples, and all kinds of crap

10:45 pm - 2 bannanas

11pm - 2.5 mile run, interval on hills, standing rows, curls

Doing well, havent been online much lately..

Monday 4/6

9 am - oatmeal

10 - 11 - chest - inlince, flat, flys, dips

1 pm - sunflower seedfs

3 pm - orange juice

5 - 6:30 - flys, dips, incline dumbell, and skull crushers

7 - beans and green beans lol

9 - 11:30 - complete upper body, 2 mile run - 19 mins lol fatty...

midnight - bowl of oatmeal with hot sauce.... I think all the hot sauce and salsa is why I never (knock on wood) get sick...

4/7 Tuesday

 

8 am - veggie wrap - 2 tortillas, mixed veggies with oil n vinegar

12 - fruit snacks... crap lol 140 cal.

5 pm - 9 pm - spinach chips, salsa, white rice with balsmic

 

Know I ran a few miles and am about to do legs... Trained a lot, worked at 3 different jobs today... A little frazzled.. Time to hit it!! Whoot whoot.

 

Tried to do legs... Ended up not really pushing myself.. Mad about that.

 

Midnight - 3 tortillas, hot sauce, refried and baked beans, and green beans.

4/9 Thursday

 

9 am - saltines and peanut butter, cup of lettuce

10 am - 1 scoop creatine

11 - 3pm - 2 english muffins, peanut butter, fried veggies and bbq

5 pm - no explode

6-7 - biceps

7 pm - v8

7-8 biceps, 20 minute 2 mile run started slow and sped up

8 - 10 - some back and squats with the smith...

11 pm - 2 corn tortillas,beans, hot sauce, cup of lettuce

Is there even a Whole Foods there or some sort of organic store? Is it just a building with cows and other animals in the back and you can just point out the one you want? I spent a lot of time driving through southern Wyoming and don't recall ever seeing much of anything. Dirt, cows, and wind. The people were very nice though.

There is an organic place called Noahs Ark? For some reason the halfway house wont approve me to go there... Lovely..

Been trying to order from supplementstogo... but there website has been acting up. and I can never get through on the phone!!!

Really hitting it today, did legs and a cleanup day yesterday - refound my center...mentally... Do yall know what I mean?

Refocused and remotivated.

2 mile run, beginning of shoulders...

Huge glass of OJ, and hot tea

More Oj, 3 slices bread, 1 eng muffin, peanut butter, salad - lettuce tomato and onions with nvinegar, wild rice

2 scoops of no explode

2 tortillas with peanut butter maybe 3 oz?

2 scoops no explode, 1 scoop sythetic creatine

shoulders, some chest (light), 3 mile run (slow), abs, and intermediate walking with clients, some like .5 mile jogs etc...

Wednesday -

2 servings cornflakes dry - 180 cal.

2 scoops no explode, ukrainian sweet bread (alot), 1 eng muffin, 3 ox peanut butter, orange juice and cranberry juice...

legs, a few mile runs with clients, and legs and abs light throughout day with clients and while running my mouth - 3 0 or 40 minutes slow on elliptical while studying the nerve system.
