Monday 4/69 am - oatmeal10 - 11 - chest - inlince, flat, flys, dips1 pm - sunflower seedfs3 pm - orange juice5 - 6:30 - flys, dips, incline dumbell, and skull crushers7 - beans and green beans lol9 - 11:30 - complete upper body, 2 mile run - 19 mins lol fatty...midnight - bowl of oatmeal with hot sauce.... Trained a lot, worked at 3 different jobs today... A little frazzled.. Time to hit it!! Whoot whoot. Tried to do legs... Ended up not really pushing myself.. Mad about that. Is it just a building with cows and other animals in the back and you can just point out the one you want? I spent a lot of time driving through southern Wyoming and don't recall ever seeing much of anything. Dirt, cows, and wind. The people were very nice though.
