I didn't realize I hadn't updated last week....
This was last week
Monday I did Powerfit Cardio, Powerfit Legs and Shoulders, TBB A&B, AR 200 and 120 push ups
Tuesday I did Tae Bo T3 Acceleration, LBB, A&B and Powerfit Core
Wednesday I did Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio, UBB A&B, Powerfit Chest, Triceps and Butt and 140 push ups
Thursday I fell asleep so didn't get the workout in
Friday I did Tae Bo T3 Transformation, TBB B&C and ARX
Saturday I id Get Ripped Basic #2, LBB B&C, SWAT Weight Loss and 160 push ups
Doing Get Ripped Basic #2 and seeing what I worked so hard to accomplish 10 years ago was so depressing to see that I let that hard work go to waste. But I'm going to get there again! Even though I have some pictures and my testimonial from the box set of the Lives! to look at somehow seeing me working out there just really hit home.
So with that and of course the Biggest Loser Round 2 Challenge and now the party in Philly, I'm determined to stay on track
And so far this week:
I fell asleep on Monday so didn't get my workout in so pushed it into Tuesday *if* I get Saturdays workout in early enough I might try to double up, I'll see how I feel and how things go. The boyz will be trying to tame the Lady so it'll be another night race...w00t!
Tuesday--Power 90 Fat Burning Express, Extremely Ripped Workout 1, Extremely Ripped Abs, TBB A&B, 170 push ups
Wednesday--Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, LBB A &B
Thursday--Kickin' Core (minus abs), Extremely Ripped Workout 2, Extremely Ripped Abs and 185 push ups
