Ok I got some new pics, I am back to training well.

Can do pretty much everything, just not flys and pull ups yet, and I have to tweek a few other things to adjust for some subscapularis weakness.

Its been 3 months now, I lost about 10 lbs of muscle, and gained a bit of fat.

But in the last 2 weeks I gained 2 lbs back, either that or I had yet to poop today

The first picture the weight is 80lbs, but lord knows them machines lie.

And the second is the weight I stopped at before the surgey, 70 lbs.

You can really see in the second how much my arms shrunk, and the first pic the arm showing is the one that shrunk the most.

Another arm day, getting stronger, arms are starting to get back to size, soon enough I will be back, start therapy again in Jan.

Only 19 hours till New year.

 

Just wanted to say that you look rather big for somebody, who hasn't been training for a while. Quite impressive, one might say! And your pose in that first pic looks punishing, wouldn't want to mess up with you, eh?

 

But I'm glad to see that you're well and back to the gym soon enough. You're gonna kick those guys asses soon enough, mate!

Ok so I have not been to the gym in over a week due to a sickness the likes of which I have never seen, but I have been going back to therapy.

The PT and me were suprised and frightened at how weak my left subscapularis is right now but the PA at the docs office seems to not be worried, so we are just pushing on trying like hell to strenghthen what muscle is left.

I will keep the VBBF world updated

AHH first day back to da gym since more then a week ago.

I did about 5 sets of hammer strength incling presses at 55 each arm and a whole lota jumping rope, my ass got pudgy since the surgery and sickness, horrible I say.

And some lat pulldowns.

About to switch gyms to the gym at Cleveland State University.

Its free now that I go to school there and fucking HUGE.

Its been 6 months now, and I am still struggling on some things.

I am getting back to pull ups ability. At 15 solid hanging fully then pulling up, no cheating here in recovery zone.

I can pretty much do everything except dumbell presses and flyes, and I am to scared still for the bench press, though it would probebly be fine.

Quick update.

Apperently my surgery failed. My shoulder has subluxed an uncountable amount of times in the last month, and the surgeon has no clue why. fun huh?

Well still trying to work out, fuck it right.
