wannalift Posted January 12, 2006 Share Posted January 12, 2006 hey mate, not sure about those specific amino acids, but rice protein IS a complete protein. that is it contains ALL of the essential amino acids. i use it and have not noticed my strength decrease. In face, i have significantly increased my strength since i made it my only protein shake (although switching to westside training helped too).
