Soy Free Fruit/Veggie Patty

Ok, this is beautiful... Simple and mouth-watering..

 

Mix up in a chopper with the following (no measurements needed):

 

1. Oats

2. Zuchinni

3. Squash

4. Mushrooms

5. Onion

6. Garlic

7. Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower (Garden Blend)

8. Spinach

9. Beans (Navy, Garbanzo, Great Northern, Black, Lentils, etc.)

10. Green, Red, and/or Yellow Peppers

11. 1/2 an Apple or Pear

12. Canola or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

13. Flax or Sunflower Seeds

 

*Mix in enough oats to form a "patty"*

*cook on low-medium heat about 10-15 minutes on each side until light brown*

*Add spices of your choosing (ex. Turmeric, ginger, parsley flakes, etc.)

*Add some vegan spagetti sauce*

*you can mix up the ingredients, mix/match.... it's your patty!!*

 

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........

 

 

-It looks a lot better than a burger ... and it's more colorful
