artystik Posted January 10, 2006 Share Posted January 10, 2006 (edited) Ok, this is beautiful... Simple and mouth-watering.. Mix up in a chopper with the following (no measurements needed): 1. Oats2. Zuchinni3. Squash4. Mushrooms5. Onion 6. Garlic7. Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower (Garden Blend)8. Spinach9. Beans (Navy, Garbanzo, Great Northern, Black, Lentils, etc.)10. Green, Red, and/or Yellow Peppers11. 1/2 an Apple or Pear12. Canola or Extra Virgin Olive Oil13. Flax or Sunflower Seeds *Mix in enough oats to form a "patty"**cook on low-medium heat about 10-15 minutes on each side until light brown**Add spices of your choosing (ex.
