On waking:

Black tea

 

Breakfast:

Oats with rice milk, med banana, tropical juice, vitimins

 

Midmorning Meal:

Buckwheat pasta, spinach, carrot, zucchini, broccoli, tofu marinated in soy sauce, salt flakes and mirin

 

Lunch:

Soy yoghurt, banana, brown rice with veges

 

Midafternoon Meal:

Apple, Pineapple, soy protein shake

 

Dinner:

Pasta with red beans

 

Snack:

jam biscuit
