Meru Posted May 23, 2009 Share Posted May 23, 2009 I am training for martial arts (Bujinkan ninjitsu), several forms of dance (Bellydance, Pole dance, Latin) and I also want to achieve a fitness physique (something I've never tried before) At the moment I have had to put a hold on my cardio work as my doctor has picked up a fast heart rate that isn't easily explained (my heart gets to almost 200bpm after 5 minutes cardio at 50% perceived effort). Unfortunately I have to wait another two weeks before I could get booked in for an ECG. I'll be posting my training one day at a time.
