I've been having trouble sleeping because of the drugs I am taking post surgery. It is rough! Hope we both have good nights of sleep tonight.

I haven't lifted since how many days is May 28th.
Monday 6/8
1) Full Squat
220lbs 5 RM???
I could have gone heavier but I figured I shouldn't because of the layoff. I wore a different pair a shoes. Bad idea.
Not much rest in b/t Squats

170lbs 15 RM
Accessory (who gives a shit how heavy) exercises
3) DB Rows
20rx40's
Form sucked. I did them explosively instead of slow and controlled.
4) Hammer Curls
3x5x22's
It's time to eat and go to bed.

I had an appointment at my PCP office today. My blood pressure was 78/52. I think I'm supposed to be dead.

I haven't bothered updating my log because there have been alot of training myths posted on this website over the past week. Its annoying, embarrasing, and reminds me of commercial gyms. If it continues, I might bounce (no pun intended) to another website.
