Saturday,
Played 2 games of Rugby, against 2 particularly dirty teams. Punches, elbows, studs to the head and back, and attacking your head and neck in tackles and it wasn't isolated it was in almost every play. I'm covered in bruises and have a strained neck, and a corked calf but I'll survive.

Too sore to train, so took it easy

No training on Thursday or Friday as I had a bit of a cold and didn't want it to get worse. Ah the joys of using public transport.

I try and keep things consistent.
Rugby season finishes in about a month, which will allow me to focus on the weight training more and hopefully do some powerlifting

Good and physical, although the other team were pretty dirty.
Got a split lip and bloody noise after their number 8 decides to elbow me in the face.
