So, it's been 6 weeks I've maintained pallet control. Zinzen has suggested that what I believe to be a 15-1800 calorie daily intake is insufficient to stay out of starvation mode and continue to lose fat. I've been hanging out under 204# for a bit. According to my WW scale I've lost some muscle as part of the >15 lbs lost in a month and a half. While I haven't once really binged at night, my late night calories have increased from some weeks ago. Generally I have felt a little low energy and unmotivated to go to the gym as much as I'd like, (3-4x a week). Here's yesterday:
