Any other adreneline junkies, bipolars, manic-depressives out there who learned to ovecome and balance their activities without medications or indulging in some kind of addiction?

 

Sex?

 

Not yet, but I'm learning to just ride it out when I feel like induldging in my addictions. The only thing that ever works is setting big goals, as I self-sabotage less when I have something on my plate in the near future to shoot for... Contest; photo shoot, etc.
