Christine's Journal

January 1st 2010 Starting my recovery. I'm taking things slow, step by step.
Week 1. I cut diet coke and wheat from my diet, but not limiting portions yet.
Week 2. I called local gym's to get prices, researching meal plans, and stated this journal

Way to be. Modest sustained habits are what get the job done. You can change your lifestyle and this forum can be a great help.
