2 monthish progress

Recommended Posts

I started off when I was around 16 using 10kg dumbbells because I was self consious about going into a gym since I only weighed 112lbs at the time. while using the dumbbells there was some improvement but not much, so my friend asked me to start going gym with him during summer, I did that for a few months and went up to around 126lbs although I had no clue what I was doing at the time, shortly after that my friend stopped going so I did as well.

only around the start of last year I started to use dumbbells for awhile at home doing basic exercises. then around 2 months ago I started going to gym seriously and doing a proper set routine.

right now at the moment I am 154lbs and 5'10(ish)

some of the before pictures might date back to longer than 2 months ago but the time I took those I was only doing workout at home with some 14KG dumbbells (couldnt go up any higher)

I think I'm making decent progress, I was used to benching 14kg dumbbells only, then when I first went I was benching 40kg with the barbell so after a month of that I switched to dumbbell bench at the start of nov, right now I'm doing 20kg for 8reps.

my dumbbell row has also increase from 14kg to 27kg for 10 reps, my deadlift made a pretty huge jump because when I started I could only do 40kg now I'm doing about 65kg. overall I think my strength is progressing decent but I don't know if I look much different.
