I was in the kitchen this morning making my soy latte, I picked up a knife ( large santuko one) dropped it and sliced my leg open! ouch.

I dislike hospitals- I need stiches but thinking thta maybe I can get by with a butterfly bandage?

I hope I can still take my hike today!!

Today I had a serious good workout-

Worked with My trainer and I feel like Im making some progress!

 

I could lift more today yay

Bench press 75lbs

 

typical workout-

bench,lat pull downs,pull ups, tricep pull downs-w/rope, flys,bicep curls, sholder press

reverse crunches, & bench situps crunches, hanging knee raises

 

soy latte

hummus, brown rice tortilla

rice

kale & cukes, tomato salad

2 tangerines

 

Im feeling so sleepY !!yawn

2 late nights of work-

 

I had another adjustment today on my knee & feeling like it is helping!

I like the cuts im now seeing in my arms- yay!

 

Great workout yesterday with Trainer, focus was legs & glutes/hammies. I avoided a lot of work on my right knee- but still made my hammies sore! Today is a cardio day!!!

 

I'm going really try to cut out fat & sugar in my diet!! the next few months, not that I eat a lot of that, but would like to cut down my body fat % quickly!!

wait, what? Your body fat percentage has to be pretty darn low already.

 

hmmm-thanks Jason but I dont know about that?- I would like to see my abs popping out more I guess,

I can feel them and see some but really need to loose some body fat to see all my hard work.

you're pretty buff, your abs are great, and you don't have much body fat to spare! i think it's so cool that you posted yet another pic of yourself in your bra and panties. most women i know aren't brave enough to post so many pics of themselves in so many variations of lacy underwear. it just goes to show how exercise boosts one's self confidence.

Cardio was no fun yesterday- my lower back feels like it is out of wack!! ouch

I feel like Im falling apart these days!

My hammies are still sore from 2 days ago- when I was working with my trainer!

Today I will hit the gym later inthe evening, Im off to take 2 sweet 12 yrs old girls shopping- they have been looking forward to today- so lets have fun!!!

Oh I felt sooo tired today! All this working late and missing sleep is catching up.

Early day at the gym with my trainer, upper body & abs.

Had another adjustment after my workout & Im feeling good!

kale & white beans

what else to eat? need to make din din

So busy lately with work......whew- its a good thing!

 

So my knee is still messed up but I'm still working out! and feeling good.

My knee is pulling my hip out and my lowerback- which really hurts!

I have been visiting my chiropractor weekly and she is really helping me!

I went to the doctor to get a referral to go see a knee specialist the other day, he said I was a healthy woman! my blood pressure is 99/57, I have always had pretty low blood pressure.

 

I had a great work outs this week- tues & thurs day upper body days, mon & today lower body.

 

Im eating clean & trying to lower my body fat.

I missed out on a lot of sleep lately, cooking late at my office.

 

omg ....... gotta luv the sunshine!! & 70 degree's

I hope to go to the coast tomorrow its only 45 mins away but seems longer because of the twisted curvy roads.

Ouch! lower back has been torture for days!

 

my Chiro is doing a xray & mri next week.

 

I went for a long walk in the rain monday - it was sooooooo nice.

Today I worked out my upper body with My trainer, it was good but feeling pain in my back bums me out, my strength isnt full force .

 

I hope to heal quickly!
