Even if it was just to get hot muscles for my training, I think I should make it beat faster next time. Maybe UP the level.

Handmade 'Ratatouille' (Tomato + onion + eggplant + zucchini + garlic + thyme + olive oil)
Oat flake + soya milk + mapple sirup
1 kiwi + 1/2 apple
and this is an amazing book, explaining industrial milk's propaganda and lobbying... (hoping it is translate in english)
