Veganluv Posted April 10, 2010 Author Share Posted April 10, 2010 I had such a great day!Great work out & no knee pain or back pain!Worked out with my trainer yesterday, she is great- helping me work around my injury. I had been watching my diet, trying to cut back on my fat intake. My weakness is corn chips.... Soy lattegreen drink with sun warrior blueberries & 1/2 a banana1/2 apple & almond butter ( really small amount)large salad with tomato, cukes, carrot, garbanzo beanscorn tortilla with pinto beans & salsa Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
