Vegan Luv's Workout log, Before & After Pics

I had such a great day!

Great work out & no knee pain or back pain!

Worked out with my trainer yesterday, she is great- helping me work around my injury. I had been watching my diet, trying to cut back on my fat intake. My weakness is corn chips....

 

Soy latte

green drink with sun warrior blueberries & 1/2 a banana

1/2 apple & almond butter ( really small amount)

large salad with tomato, cukes, carrot, garbanzo beans

corn tortilla with pinto beans & salsa
