Yes, I know I am too much gourmand...... I start this topic to help me to reach my objectives :1. I want to loose 20 lbs.2. I want to be abble to run for the half marathon of Montreal on september. I have to eat more beans and legumes. 2. I bought Organic Soya Protein (Powder) witch seems to be a good supply. Ready to prepare some shake's beverage ! PMCardio training. Good to burn fat.40 minutes biking level 10/11 (1 to 20) heart rate 12540 minutes jogging20 minutes fast walk stretching and relax breathing ! Very Good Day for me.
