lobsteriffic Posted May 1, 2010 Author Share Posted May 1, 2010 The number those scales give you can vary a lot depending on hydration, etc. If you are going to track that number then I guess I would suggest making sure it's under similar conditions (i.e., same time of day, same hydration level, no food in your stomach, etc.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
