Time for me to weigh in with some 1RMs! I'm finally at a point I'm not embarrassed of

Estimated 1RMs using my most recent 5x5 weight as a 5RM:
Bench: 135 lbs
Squat: 210 lbs
Deadlift: 230 lbs

Total: 575 lbs
Bodyweight: 133 lbs

Woo, just broke a 1000lb total today! God my bench is tiny. And it isn't going up for a long, long time.

Hi, when I get my health back seom from Lyme disease....could I get on the list?
What do I do when not bodybuilding or working? Spend time with family, play guitar, write music, snowboard, roast coffee, travel, read, fight for those who are less fortunate than myself.

Sure, you can get on the list whenever you want, boardn10. Gotcha, LPMNDCTE. No need for videos.

Got some new lifts I'm excited about posting!:

New best set of squats: 445x7 reps
Deadlift: 425x6
Front Squat (I know it doesn't count but I'm stoked): 315x8

I don't know what that puts my 1RM's at, but my legs are improving for sure. I haven't tried bench and I'm afraid that one might have dropped a bit.
BW is still 182ish

Height would be a useful indicator, too! Squatting 300 isn't half as challenging at 5'5" as it is at 6'5".
