LPMNDCTE
Began research and already started switching products to include more veggies and alternate sources for protein. I'll plan to order these proteins soon: Gemma Pea ProteinRice Protein I'll follow the Lacto-ovo Vegetarian Plan for now (Being a vegan or raw vegan is too hard for me, so my goal is just to Lacto-ovo for now)

I'm need to work at lowering my carb intake Even though I did not get a great deal of sleep, energy levels were increasing. Still recovering from food poisoning & E-Coli. Day Three - Feeling a little constipated throughout the morning, but I'm getting my nutrients back up to competent level. I was able to speak with my personal trainer and dropped my macros a bit. I'm going to switch from cable crunches to a different weighted ab exercise (decline ab routine). Currently, I have to continue my intake of a high water to flush out my system. I'm feeling a lot better though and I believe that I'm ready for a max workout.
