Ran a mile straight both Sat and Sun, then did brisk walk/run from that point onwards. Tummy Tuck Sat night, Sun night crashed early.

Am down five pounds. YES!! Five more to go at min, ten more at max...then continue gaining muscle tone and def.

I start 2nd round of BBL this week.

Now running in the mornings, been increasing distance gradually. Now at 1.43 miles, hoping to get up to 2 and eventually go for that 5K! :D

Finally started Brazil Butt Lift's deluxe program. Rio Extreme is just that, extreme. By the time I'm able to get through it and do the advanced stuff I know I'll be okay for Insanity!

Good! Surprise business trip to Dublin for almost a week, kept up with fitness regime via fitness centre in the hotel. Been back about a week and a half, been doing running and getting back into BBL routine.

Have you started insanity yet? I am waiting for mine. I have heard it is a lot harder than the P90X plyo.

As the name change suggests, I have now started Insanity!

Mon: Fit Test
Tues: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Wed: Cardio Power and Resistance

I plan to add on strength training exercises at different times.

I am HORRIBLE about updating this! But I've been keeping up with the Insanity program and just finished week 2. I'm doing my second Fit Test tonight!

Hey! Just wanted to say hi!

I've been away from the forum a lot lately...just been using FB and Twitter mostly on my 8-week tour so far, but got back in the community this past week and wanted to give a shout out.

Great to have you here!!!
