I don't really have like a real program, but every other day I do something along the lines of this: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=21990 And the days I don't do that, I do some basic core exercises. I've been doing some that I think are like Army exercises that my dad showed me (embarrassing, I know), but a friend of mine showed me some P90X ones that I've been incorporating now, too. Ideally I'd like to be toned as fuck, not huge or anything (I come from a long line of very small people), but pretty well-defined, at the least. I know next to nothing about fitness and nutrition, hence my starting to peruse this message board, so I wasn't really sure if my size was more of an asset or a liability. My abs haven't been coming along nearly as quickly as I would have expected, but my arms are shaping up way faster than I ever thought they would, so it evens out pretty well.
