Thanks :) I'll use this photo of me relaxed as a "before" shot, hope to see great improvements over the next weeks to compare this to.

Awesome progress! I love the picture where you are staring intensely at your bicep. What kind of lifting program are you following right now?

Thanks everybody! Makes me feel great to get such positive feedback already, hopefully I will achieve something special in the not too distance future.

I posted this elsewhere the other day:

I am doing about 2 days of lifting a week, maybe 3. At the gym I do a full body workout each time. I work through a bunch of compound exercises, doing 1 set of one exercise, then straight onto the next exercise (for a different body part) and do 1 set, and go round the gym like that, with no rest period. Sometimes I do breakdowns, doing a set on an exercise, then do the same exercise right away with slightly less weight to push out some more, and do that 3 or 4 times to burn out those muscles before moving onto the next exercise. Then at the end I do a little bit of isolation stuff on shoulders, triceps, biceps and chest, and a few sets of crunches. For the compound exercises, if I can do 12 reps, then I put the weight up, I never want to be doing more than 12 reps.

3rd pic down; awesome forearm shot! Great progress, awesome! Progress like that on only 2 or 3 days of lifting a week...wow.
