Yo, I guess I am famous now 8) Yeah, I have been vegan since 2000, so getting on for 11 years now, and vegetarian before that since I was an irritating little kid. What is your youtube channel?

Nice progress done, Rich. :) I'm looking forward to see more of you. Keep on kicking those weights and you'll get there. ;)

Thanks so much everybody for your support! I just got ready for work and noticed in the mirror that, finally, there is some ab definition just below my ribs, without me flexing. That is awesome, but I have a long way to go to get what I want. Still it is a sign that I am doing okay. More photos will come soon

Great work Richard! I'm really impressed! So are others. I was talking to a forum member about your progress recently.

Really proud of you and really great work!

Holy ballsacks of mordor! Great progress. You and me about the same size - chest & arm wise.

Looking good man, if you can keep the size while cutting the fat you'll have great definition

Thanks chewy, yeah that is the plan. My fat level, especially on my gut as always been my worst feature, though I did conquer it before between ages 19-22 or so. So I know I can do it again. I know it is my diet.

Here's another photo! My forearm and shoulder look best, strange as it's supposed to be a bicep shot.
