BTW, I've just drank a DELICIOUS smoothie! 5 peaches, 200 g frozen berries, 300 g spinach, some water, 4 tsp chia seeds. I'm not doing any exercises today, so I decided to go back to low fat raw vegan for one day
I'm always happy when eating like this: fruits and green veggies are my favorite! So much energy (maybe not in calories, but directly from "The Source" as I would describe it). And so light in stomach.
