228.2 lbs at 6:10 am.

 

Breakfast:

Oatmeal, raisins, cinnamon, chia seeds, almond milk.

Water and scoop of protein powder.

 

Lunch:

2 bananas, 2 tangelos.

 

Vits:

Multi, B12, 2 E, 2 calcium.

 

227.6 after shower before dinner.

 

Dinner:

Fried tofu, and onions, over quinoa, dried noodles, sprinkled with sesame seeds, crushed walnuts, and Bragg aminos.

Leftover salad from yesterday.

 

First day at work I felt weakness, sense calorie restrictive diet.

Losing muscle along with fat, but hope to reverse the muscle this coming month.

 

Soy chocolate milk.

reached my goal of 20 lbs loss.

 

Breakfast:

Grape nuts cereal and almond milk.

Orange juice and a scoop of protein powder.

 

Lunch and breaks:

banana, tangelo, .57 lbs of four bean salad, 1 large avocado.

 

Vites:

Multi, B12 2 E, 1 calcium.

 

Hot today, somewhere in the low nineties, I felt good, lighter on my feet.

 

225.8 lbs at 4:45 pm after work and before dinner or drink.

 

Dinner;

Morning Star Hickory BBQ riblets, microwaved potato, refried beans, with a tomato, chopped onion, garlic, and chili powder.

Tall glass of Almond chocolate milk.

Breakfast:

Cooked teff seed, with chia seeds, and agave syrup.

Water with some pomegranate juice, with a scoop of protein powder.

 

In the 90s again at work.

3 liters of water.

 

Lunch:

Large avocado, pear, 1 qt. (270 cal) of carrot juice.

 

Vits:

Multi, B12, 2 E,

 

Dinner:

Smoothie containing a banana, kiwi, orange juice, cocoa powder, protein powder, agave syrup, frozen mixed berries.

 

227 lbs at 7:10 pm.

 

Few blue corn and flax seed chips with wifey's salsa.

Breakfast:

Bowl of frozen mixed vegetables (microwaved).

Orange juice with a scoop of protein powder.

 

Lunch & breaks:

Small mixed fruit bowl (grapes, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple), 1 qt. carrot juice, 3 liters water.

 

223.2 lbs at 5pm.

 

Attacked old rusty weights in the back yard, haven't been handled in years. Had eighty on the 20 years old Sears bar, with the rusty laser cut 1 inch Plate Steel.

Messed around with the bar: mixed up some sets of reps both standing and sitting of curls, presses, wrist curls, reverse curls, triceps press,

Shower and cooking.

 

Working on a whole head of organic raw broccoli, dipped on Russian dressing. (forgive me it's awesome).

Gonna make some three bean salad, for tomorrow.

 

Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, agave syrup (from the Weber Azule plant), garlic, onions, celery, dried thyme, and sweet basil, iodized salt (I gotta find that bag of that seaweed jerky). I guess the only argument I can use for the sugar is agave has a lower glycemic, compared to.

Black popcorn, popped in olive oil, sprinkled with garlic salt, and chili powder.

That salt should add some weight, also have no work until Tue. so I'm sure I'll gain some back. Tastes good to me.

Should make some brunch.

Stayed up late, and succumb to the temptation of much of the three bean salad.

 

Brunch:

Waffle of wheat, buckwheat, amaranth, olive oil, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, water.

Pigged out all weekend except for Mon.. Fasted with water, until all you can eat soup and salad place.

 

Breakfast:

Oatmeal, chia seeds, soy milk

Almond milk, cocoa powder, with a scoop of protein powder.

 

Lunch:

Banana, pear

 

Dinner:

Lightlife sausage, hot dog bun, horseradish, mustard, catchup, relish.

Sweet potato, soy butter, and agave syrup.

2 cups almond chocolate milk.

 

229.0 lbs after dinner.

 

1 large Keitt mango.

No scale today!

 

Cooking down some tomatoes, seeds and skins included (good for you from one end to the other end). A touch of molasses, to take the bite out.

Daytime

10 oz. fresh fruit mix grocery store, peeled orange, should have drank more water.

550 cal. cookies.

 

225.2 lbs at 5:28 pm before dinner.

 

Evening:

Overpowering lemon/lime, kiwi, pear, banana, banana-orange-pineapple juice, not enough agave syrup, blender thingy.

My cleanse.

Day:

Eggplant bean curd over rice.

 

225.8 lbs at 6:30 pm before food.

Later:

Large whole mango (peeled).

10 whole strawberries

Blended rice milk, banana, frozen blueberries, unsweetened carob and cocoa powders. sugar.

One cookie.
