I haven't tried the flip or the walk around yet.that is advanced neck strength.I haven't been training that long and only started again with this journal after basically 2 years off.

 

Yoga looks so awesome.Watching that video was relaxing.

just be careful and yes, yoga is relaxing, but also gives you strength. I'm planing to cancel my gym soon, turn back to Armstrong pull ups program (it's free!) and go back to yoga classes. I miss them!

Went for run right on dusk.need to start training sooner.

 

Did some muay thai when i got back.

 

Trained chest and shoulders after midnight.

 

Got 1 more rep on bench press.now its 6reps of 82kg 3sets

 

felt really spent going into weights though so strength was not at maximum.

 

still lifted anyway because still want to attempt goal of 700lbs total for the 3 main lifts on the weekend and i need every strength workout i can get in between now and then to make it happen.

 

need to eat more often.get better sleep and get some sunlight lol

 

right now im almost nocturnal.

Just tried a 100kg bench press but failed lol

 

i was so damn close too...

 

It felt easy when i lifted it of the rack but on the way back up it just stopped dead and i tried to force it up but it was too much.

 

I'll try it again this week though because i wasn't feeling strong when i attempted it and it was so close i feel like i could do it if i prepared better.

 

I train legs tonight so i'll try a PR squat.I train by myself so i want try anything to risky lol
