It's been a long time since I've been on here, but I'm excited to start posting again. I starting a new job in a week and looking to use that opportunity to get my ass in gear and start training again. Shooting for training hard 5 days a week, eating 80% raw with tons of water, and getting adequate sleep. Hopefully that'll be as awesome as I think it will!
Yesterday I did a modified "300 workout"
> 25x Pull-up on a machine with 40# assistance
> 50 Deadlift @ 105#
> 50x Push-up
> 50x Box Jump @ 24"
> 50x Floor Wiper @ 40#BB
> 50x One-arm DB Clean & Press- #15DB
> 25x Pull-up - on a machine with 85# assist.
Original is
> 25x Pull-up
> 50 Deadlift @ 135#
> 50x Push-up
> 50x Box Jump @ 24"
> 50x Floor Wiper @ 135#BB
> 50x One-arm DB Clean & Press- #40DB
> 25x Pull-up
I used the max weight I thought I could handle for the required reps. It was more than enough. I feel torn up today.
The whole thing took me about 30 minutes.
I had a day off today (aside from some pull ups and ab work) but hope to hit the gym tomorrow.
Oh, and this is pretty neat.
