225.8 lbs at 7:10 pm

 

Was up to 237.8 over the 4 days off. Working 10 hours today in the heat helped with calorie burning.

 

Breakfast was oatmeal and chia, lunch an apple and protein powder, dinner watermelon and black beans with nutritional yeast.

Approx 222 for the last two day,

was 218 for the previous two but I was working.

Actually got to the gym yesterday. did stretching and abdominals, but was cut short when I saw an acquaintance at the gym who had to tell me all about his dirt bike ordeal. Plate and screws on his scapula, and collar bone, scares, 7 mile ride thru the mountains while injured, therapy, etc.

Maintaining an average weight by doing little and eating good and bad. Waiting for that push from the cliff's edge to get back to some muscle flex. Will have to negotiate my gym membership here this week. B-day at end of month is a good time to move forward I hope.

Meantime some bean soup, and yeast waffles, and our first trick or treaters.

(All Vegan)

 

Later:

Soy milk, sweetened coco powder.

Microwaved sweet potato, margarine, maple syrup.

Bok choy, margarine.

227.2 lbs on home scale this morning.

119/75 blood pressure test at hospital for annual blood test workup.

Will post my results when I get them.

 

Wheat gluten, amaranth, tapioca waffle, with homemade apple sauce (baked and blendered) x2.
