Jason X
more deads, squatted 135 x 10 x 2 to warm up. deads (back still sore, not sure how this was going to go.)135 x 5225 x 2275 x 1325 x 1335 x 1 (5lb pr)340 x 0 275 x 3, 5, 5, 5, 3225 x 3, 3, 3, 3Now I know what it's like to have a back like an old persons... With 2 or 3 sets to go, I went to fill up my water bottle. I couldn't bend over long enough to fill it, so I had to crouch down in front of the water cooler while my bottle filled up. Then I went and finished my sets. lol. AND, i think I fucked up yesterday. My memory says that I went from 225, then added a 25 per side (275) then another 25 per side (325. NOT 315) and then a few smaller plates, but since I cannot confirm that (aside from being notoriously bad at math. lol) I will just take what I recorded. Not worried. I'm HOPING that I can sneak away friday, sunday or monday before I leave and go set another deadlift PR at the Metroflex gym in Arlington (where Ronnie Coleman trains...) That would be amazing! I definitely want to go check that gym out. I'll miss you guys for a few days, because I won't have updates, but I'll keep up on your logs while I'm gone. I want to see some reports of you fella's and bella's crushin' it!!!

Jason X
Killed it in dallas. Won first game 25-0. Second game 51-0. Third game 31-0. Lost 12-0 in finals to home team. I was one of 3 people to play all off all 4 games. I was wrecked. It was awesome. Scored a try. Handed off another. Went on a defensive rampage for a few phases in the last game. We had about a half hour between the last 2 games. Not enough. And we had 18 people to their 25, but those are both excuses. I'm looking forward to a rematch at home...That's the news. Jason X
Had a great day today. Chewy lit a fire under my ass. Was 'supposed' to dead 2x10 today at a pretty light weight, but his I couldn't stand to take it easy after he hit 315 x 8. Jason X
Chewy, timeframe unknown. Asap. Before you is all I can be sure of... Lol. And thanks. mary, kinda like a mixed skullcrusher and lat pullover. Start lying on bench with dumbell on chest, lift off, bend arms to bring it to the floor behind your head and lift it bench up them back down to chest... Hard to explain, I guess... MaryStella
yep ive heard those called skullcrushers. thanks.
Jason X
Skullcrushers are a bit different. Those have no pullover aspect. It's the lowering of the weight down to the floor, rather than just down to your forehead that makes them different. I'll try to find a video...
chewybaws
Isn't the difference that skullcrushers involve elbow extension but no shoulder movement, whereas pullovers involve shoulder extension but no elbow movement (you can start with bent arms or locked out arms as long as you maintain the position throughout)?
