It's been two months since I started this thread and I haven't glutted once, which had been nightly. When I improved my diet, eating raw and cooked veggies as well as fruit and some servings of some type of protein daily, while cutting out nocturnal binges, I was only eating 15-1800 cals. I wouldn't get on the scale in the days just before starting this diary because I'd gone above 220 lbs, for the first time since I started exercising, about eighteen months ago. This seemed to correlate with having started to do cardio for the first time in many months and lifting weights much less in the weeks of the weight gain. Since I started this diary it seems I've lost 23-24 lbs. My Weight Watcher scale would have me think I've lost five lbs of muscle, though I'm still consistently growing stronger.

So, I'm resurecting this after a year. I've done major snacking at night and jumped back over 210, though I'm feeling pretty strong. So here's today's food:

 

Prebreakfast

Heaping tablespoon of psylium husks in water

Solarray Multidopholis

Assam tea w coconut and soy milks (unsweetened)

Breakfast

1/2 liter grapefruit juice w/4 tbsp 50% hemp protein and 1 tbsp raw almond butter

Assam tea w coconut and soy milks (unsweetened)

2 Dry volkorn whole grain rye toast

Lunch 

14 oz tofu fried in a tbsp soy oil w/black and red pepper, turmeric and a few ounces of frozen spinach, then Braggs aminos on top

Dinner 

1/2 oz potato chips

Large chopsuey and a little white rice

Snack

Small apple cherry juice and a rice cake
