The last few months have been consistently inconsistent, as usual.
Always seem to be just getting back into shape then as soon as i see progress i get cocky and neglect self discipline.
Then as soon as i start getting to far gone i do get motivated and the circle continues.
Create and maintain your own personal online journal. Log your meals and/or workouts, and monitor your progress. Hold yourself accountable and receive support, suggestions, and be open to feedback.
