It will make for a quick reference for those of us who are looking for a program but are unsure of all that is out there. Also, add a description if it will require additional equipment to perform, i.e., resistance bands, weights, etc. Please feel free to add any/all you can think of. 1. Insanity2. It's good for anyone who is looking for free, time effecient, and effective workouts. There are modifications for nearly every exercise so you can make it harder or easier depending on your needs. penpen Posted February 18, 2011 Share Posted February 18, 2011 Haha yeah I know she's taken... and I am too. xDI've heard more than a few people say they were either doing P90x or Insanity before Bodyrock, and Bodyrock gave them better results.
