Anyone know what they're having for dinner tonight? Or already had? (whatever your time zone is)

250 g whole wheat pasta with a some sundried tomatoes and a bit of sunflower oil.. Not very healthy, but very easy to make :)

Later tonight I might make a fruit smoothie.

Is that the edamame corn salad from Vcon? I love that salad so much, I always take it to summer bbqs/potlucks

Tonight I am making lentil soup in the Crock Pot. It has lentils, crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, vegetable stock, water, fresh basil, carrots, corn, and black beans. It smells so yummy in my kitchen right now! I can't wait until it's done.

Dinner #1 was a huge salad with mixed greens, carrots, and radishes all with 1.5C fresh-cut pineapple, & 1C quinoa. Gotta figure out what dinner #2 is!

Plain cooked chickpeas, drained, mixed with mustard, tahini and chopped parsley. It sounds awful , but it is actually very tasty:)))))
