All 1 RM's are tested and current as of last week. My Deadlift sits behind my Squat because I have a hole in my right abdominal wall where my Ileostomy is. I'm lower body dominant but every 25lb jump in my Deadlift/Squat I see about 10lb gain in Bench. Think I am nearing my genetic ceiling but I hope for 300lb squat and 275lb DL and 200lb Bench in my future.
Good work man. We'll keep those numbers climbing. You're capable of lifting more than you initially thought and that was proven during our last training session. You far exceeded what you had expected to lift and what you had considered to be your personal best at the time.
