Meant for a 5K TT this AM, but there was some craziness at work and I had to go in super early, which seems to be the norm these days. Need to reschedule some things to make time for myself moving forward.

What is different about the way you do your OHP and your Push Press? I think of them as the same exercise. Do you do them with your knees locked?

Ok I see what's going on. The second video "push press" we call "push jerk". And the OHP we would call "push press".

All this crazy lingo! I think OHP and military press are the same thing too.
I've always wondered what a push jerk was, but I was too lazy to google it, good to know!

Hill repeats (7% grade on treadmill) - 4 x 0.5 miles
I forgot my Garmin so I don't have times but they were NOT very speedy! The last repeat I ran 4.7 mph the whole way, which is pretty slow. But I was really tuckered out!

Ah, life stuff. I hope you're doing ok. That's usually my reason why I can't seem to fit in four days of strength training each week!

Just had a couple of crazy busy days at work. Life always gets hectic at the end of the business quarter. But other times it quiets down so I can't complain too much.

I would think the impressive part is that they are so close together. You didn't lag off towards the end. If I did it, my 3rd time would have been a lot longer than the first. Yours were all very close to each other.

That's a good point Rob! I'm probably never going to be a super quick runner, but I'm a heck of a lot faster than I used to be. I remember when 10 minute miles seemed really fast to me.
