Yeah I am struggleing with that too. I have been increasing my carbs some, and going for

1.5 to 2 grams protien per pound of body weight. that has seemed to be a better target for me.

(Bodybuilder training is my main thing right now)

 

Keep a food journal? I really suggest it. That way you know where to make those subtle changes and

what works best for you. I even use to plan my meals for the day. Make Sunday afternoon your "meal prep" time

for the week. keep going for it.

My goal is 17% body fat and to not have anything hang over when I sit down. Also to significantly increase by strength and just look overall "diesel" and make people poop their pants when I say "yeah I'm vegan". I am also thinking about competing early next year....

 

Thanks for responding. On a side note, where in Arizona are you? I have family in Sierra Vista and me and my parents own some acres around there...were you hit by the fires? How is it to be vegan out there?
