Cellar Yeti Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 Get a rough idea from a calorie calculator, then see how you react and fiddle with your macros. Most say I need 2,700-2,800 lifting how I do, but I function best on 3k. Every 5lbs I gain I add 200 kcal. Get a good baseline, then fiddle with it.
