Why care what others say ?
People have opinions it's their problem not yours. You have a goal, you supposed to gain weight while bulking up. You can take that feedback as an indicator for moving towards your goal!

Yesterday, August 15, 2011 - Bis, Tris, and Abs

Barbell Curls: 50x14x5 (could have gone up to 60 and struggled for 8 but that ez bar was missing so...)
Close Grip Bench Press: 70x16, 80x14x4
Overhead Triceps Dumbbell Press: 50x16, 55x12, 60x8x3
Preacher Curl (using barbell): 45x12, 50x10x4
Oblique Hyperextension Thingies (some ppl call this the seahorse) 35lbs each side x20x5
Triceps Push Down using pulley: 80x16, 90x12, 100x12, 110x11, 120x8
Biceps Curl Using Pulley: 80x12, 90x8x4
Triceps Extension Machine Thingie: 55x12x5

Some observations: frequent mild headaches, and always tired!!! I'm definitely drinking at least 4 liters of water a day so I don't think I'm dehydrated.
