Goal weight is 175lbs in 6-8 months or so. Notable lifts. Current weight is 140lbs, consuming 3000-3500 kcal daily. Cellar Yeti Posted September 10, 2011 Author Share Posted September 10, 2011 Gaining almost exactly 1.25lbs a week now. I was 138 in those pictures, I'm 143 now. Body fat is still 10 or 11% Should be another 6-7 months before I hit 175. I stopped doing daily cardio, and I'm eating 3,500-4,000 calories a day.
