its all pounds. I'll be recording my maxes on my first post, and post everyday that I do a workout.

 

Sept 18th - Chest/Tricep

 

Cable Flies - 30x8 35x8 35x6

Incline Bench - 115x8 115x5 135x3

a set of dumbbell flies bc i felt like it 35x8

Dumbbell Press - 60x8 65x8 70x5

Skulls into close grip - 65x8 70x5 70x2

 

 

 

 

 

Eating massive plates of rice and bowls of pasta on campus so i'm not intensely tracking calories. Right around 2500-3000.

Sept 19th - Back/Bicep

 

Pullups - x12 x8 x8

Lat Pulldown - 130x8(super aggressive) 115x8(more focus on squeeze) 100x8(almost no back swinging)

Dumbell Rows - 35x8(squeeze) 60x8(got heavy but shot for 8, form got sloppy on accident but not terrible)

Incline Back Flies - 15x8 20x5

Standing Bicep Ez Bar Wide Grip - 55x7(bottom half only) 70x4(full)

Standing Bicep straight bar wide grip - 55x8 55x7

I have a question; how much rice do you usually eat in one sitting i.e. 1 cup (measured cooked or uncooked)?

 

What's your opinion on whole-wheat bread as opposed to rice for a fat minimizing carb source? have you ever used bread and had less success with it?

 

sorry about the questions, it's just that i am thinking of changing my diet around to more rice instead of bread.

brown rice. Just eat shit tons of it. I used to do buns, never bread though. I used to do whole wheat buns just because i like how they toasted and stayed fluffy. And i mean, i'm on an all you can eat college dining plan for MOST of my eating. I basically eat a full plate of rice pretty stacked into a mound, and a decent sized bowl of pasta. Then veggies or beans. And i typically get seconds of whatever tasted the best. Honestly I've tracked my calories before and i always end up eating between 2000-2500 and never stray from it. Its weird.

September 20 - Ouch

 

Did leg press and some leg extensions, then hopped right into a flurry of abs. I only had 20 minutes at the gym then I had to run to the welcome week concert for OSU(Smash Mouth) in which i stood and jumped on burnt out legs for hours lol. Legs are dead.

Dumbbell Press - 60sx8 75sx3(funny story lol, almost dropped the 75s on my face while gettin them up and every1 looked at me, then they all were mirin' me hard after i did 3 reps after strugglin to get them up. 75% of the kids there couldn't lift a 75 with one hand.)

Skulls into close grip - 60x8 80x6

Decline Cable Flies - 17.5x5 12.5x8

Tricep Pulldown - 50x8

 

 

Felt fuckin swole. so jacked talked to the girl in the elevator at my apartment cuz she was the first white girl ive ever seen there(my hallway the 8th floor is all asians) and she wanted to be friends WOOOOOOOOOO

Incline Rows - (2 45 plates)x8 (2 45 plates) x8

Seated Row Straight Back - 100x8 120x7

Incline Back Flies - 20x8

Standing Bicep Ez Bar Wide Grip - 70x8(almost fulls)

Standing Bicep straight bar wide grip - 70x8(almost fulls) 50x8(almost fulls)

Incline Dumbell Curl - 20x8

Incline Bench - 135x2

Cable Flies - 45x8

Skulls into close grip - 70x6 65x6 (elbows starting to go, happy with results)

 

Walking back from the gym today at like 930pm, after the OSU game, walked past the ROTC building, and a drunk husband and wife were playing with the 450lb tire and trying to flip it. I walked up to them and showed them proper technique and the husband got it. Then the wife gave me a kiss on the cheek and i made new friends. hahahaha.

wont have time to post daily updates. I'll post whenever I achieve a landmark goal or have a new picture probably.

 

Did 100x4 for skullcrushers, previously I had barely been able to handle 100 for a rep.
