zyzz. He passed away in august at the age of 23. EVery lift i make is dedicated to him. I've worn an armband with his name on it for as long as I can remember.

Yeah she has quite the personality...but you can't say shit about her physique lol. 24 pull ups...benching her body weight 135 about the same amount..

I do wonder about her nutrition. theres this one clip of her and her husband having their post workout meal at a shitty diner lol.

amazing body...I am sure she is all tilapia or chicken, asparagus, brown rice or sweet or white potatoes. Not a bad thing, but after spending 8 weeks immersed in the culture, it is the trend of the non vegan diet. yek. tilapia has eyes, swims in its own shit and then its eaten????
