With a stressful sedentary job i was mentally out of my zone and gave my self no time to even stay active. I have recently fasted and I am back to a cleaner diet now to rework on what I've made. This is a before pic around 253 lb. My Goal is to get back to my normal weight of 220 lean out and cut up (though I have the tendency to bulk up when dealing with weight training).
